We have since been informed by the TNRD that the language of this resolution doesn't quite meet the specific requirements of the grant. For Information Only. At the September 17, 2019 Regular Council Meeting, Council directed staff to prepare OCP Amendment and Zoning Amendment Bylaws relating to 1330 Pine Street. Since that time, the Developers have contacted the City to inform of their intention to amend their re-zoning application to R2 Zoning, which would be consistent with the Official Community Plan for the Collettville Sector.
